Time format operation

Good morning, Okay ? I need an aid if someone can help me! I am extracting some information about the markings of the dot card, straight from the database. so far so good. However the information of the time I spent my card is described in number and I cannot convert it correctly in hh: mm: ss, as in the image below on 03/18/2021 I have my 4 markings there. how do i do that, can someone help me?

What is the meaning of Horas field? ex. 1074 what does it means?
