I attached your model with some more data, but the answers are still not correct. I added a column called Should be, that's what the answer should be.

I tried to reach to the expected results but not for last 3 rows, where Departure Time is greater than Arrival Time(Can this be a real case?)

It can be an actual case, where a truck arrives Monday night and only departs Tuesday morning.
