Time zone and by click data must display

Hi All

As always please assist i am very confused and desperately need help.

I have 3 countries(Botswana, Namibia & Ghana)i need attached Public Holiday Calendar information to display per country when i click country my list box and display also time zone for each country  when i  ConvertToLocalTime (South Africa) time zone.Attached is holiday per country.
