Title Name

Hi anyone please help me with this..?

I have a cyclic down dimension bar chart having division,country,city.My title Name want to change according to my cyclic change

eg :

If it is CITY WISE SALE DETAIL when I change Division it needs to change  DIVISION WISE SALE DETAIL.
