To get networkdays

Dear Members,

I want to calculate networkdays between 25-04-2009 11:01:05 to 04-05-2009 08:01:58

I tried like this networkdays('25-04-2009','04-05-2009','01-05-2009')  then I got 5 working days

but when I used date along with timestamp it also give 5 working days which wrong.

Am doing wrong, Please give me suggestion.

I had this problem few days back.

so i used networkdays as well as interval both

like
