Too many cells

Hi i have a container object in which have a pivot table when i reload application it is throwing Too Many Cells  and it is not displaying data .How to resolve the issue

It consists of million records .

Could you please tell me how to reduce the data .

If i missed reducing data , i will do it .

You can limit your data load by using FIRST
