Top 20 in a simple list

Is there anyone that have a suggestion to create a simple top 20 list as attached picture.

u want a list box of this kind or any report

use can use Dimension Limit(feature of Qv 11) if u need it in a report

Hi You want the top 20 result of the particular dimension with some values ie sales,target etc.

Can you explain what is that value
