Triggers for automatically uploading updated excel spreadsheets

Hi

I need to know how I can setup my Qlikview to automatically upload my excel spreadsheets into my existing dashboards.

My spreadsheets are on a server and they are updated daily. How can I setup Qlikview to upload the sheets without me having to import them every day?

Please help.
