Trimmed Median

Does anyone know the expression for a trimmed median? We are looking to trim the bottom 5% and the top 5%.

I think this:

avg(if(Value>fractile(total Value,.05)
and Value<fractile(total Value,.95),Value))

The fractile expressions figure out the values that the bottom 5% are below and the top 5% are above. Then we look for Values between these two limits. Finally, we take the average of those values.
