UPGRADE IE plugin

Hello

Myclient has Qlikview v10 SR5 but the IE plugin is SR3 version, how can it be upgraded?

The client software is included in every QlikView Server installation. The location is:

C:\Program Files\QlikView\Server\QlikViewClients\QlikViewPlugin\QvPluginSetup.exe

Let your client uninstall QlikView plugin from his machine. The next visit to an AccessPoint with a plugin-only document will automatically present a download&install page.

Or - if your client has a reasonably sized network - make the ICT department push the new client to the different users.
