URGENT Help with Dynamic cross table

hi all..

I am facing problem.

What i want is the following:-

I have to display the table as in the image attached.

Here i have some fields whose aggregated data need to be displayed.

the year 2012 and 2013 are randomly generated ( previous year and Curent year )

how can this be achieved?

please help

here, Charges , After Hr Charges, collections are separate fields and not the values of some field.

and this needs to be bifurcated on the basis of previous year, current year, current month and projected year (i.e. next year)
