VM Allocated exceeds available memory ok?

Above pictures is from one of the QVS cluster server. We have total of 500GB available for use on that server. Why VM allocated exceeds physical memory and is that ok?

our Working set limits are 88% & 93%

am not sure but.

try to restart the server then service aswell

then check the space.

Thanks but restarting server is not an option, you loose all the cache buildup overtime and reduce performance.

yes , you loose the cache-  because of it will take too much allocation
