Value labels cut off

Hi All,

I have a problem with a valu labels (actually the first one) on a bar chart - it is simply cut off and I can't change at all, even by moving all chart with Alt+ctrl option. Any ideas how to display this properly? Please see screenshot attached.

I think this should work with ctrl+shift .or streach te chart
