Values in Bar Chart

Hi ,

I have a below graph.

I have values for % weight as 2.0%,7.3%,6.0%,6.8%,0.9%,5.5%,3.9%,3.1%,0.8% and so on.

But I am not getting why the values are coming on 0%.

Please help if any idea.
