Vertical lines on a chart

Hi All,

I am trying to get a vertical Reference Line on a chart, but the Continuous X option in Location is greyed out.

Any ideas?

TIA

Hi

What kind of chart do you have ?

In the attachment, I have an example with a scatter plot, I get 2 vertical reference lines.

I suspect your dimension X should be continuous.

JJJ,

I'm using a line chart and the Continuous X option is greyed out. I guess it's just not available for a line chart. I'm not sure what Continuous X means anyway?

Thanks for your help,

Tony

Continuous X requires that you have a numeric value on the X-axis and have chosen to display it as continuous on the axis tab.
