autorization two reports in same folder

hi all,

i have two reports in same folder and i want to give autorization separately to both of them

first i gave autorization to one report without giving autorization to folder. but people couldnt reach

then i gave autorization to folder but this time people reach to second report defaultly

can i have a solution without changing the folder.

Apparently there should be access to folder for all users, and restrictions only on the file level.

but when i put access to folder it defaultly give the same autorization to the all reports that are inside of the folder and i couldn change it
