Alternately, if you have

AccountDesc = Other's

You can write as

AccountDesc = {"Other's"}

what if i want to use this in script .. do i have to use chr?

You can not use Set Analyses in the script, but yes you have to use chr

Something like :

LOAD

Field,

Sum(NetSales)

Where AccountDesc='TA'&CHR(39)&'S & OTHER'
