document cals problem

Hello I got the following on the Document cals tab

Document CALs available on server: 40

Document CALs not allocated on server: 27

Document CALs allocated to this document: 1

Document CALs embedded in document: 0

Document CALs assigned to users: 0

I want to assign a domain user for document cal however

the

Document CALs assigned to users: 0 is not updated it remains zero and the user is unable to open the document though he sees it in the access point

need set input to CALS [Number of CALs allocated to this Document] and check the [Allow dynamic CAL assignment]
