drill down not working,

Hello experts,

I am using Qlikview personal addition.

When I am using drill down option for Region,state,city,model dimensions.

when I clicks on region It directly shows contents in model dimension instead of showing contents in state and city.

Can you please suggest on this.

This happens when there is only one possible value for state and city for that Region, then QV directly drills down to the lowest level that shows more than 1 possible value (or to the lowest level).
