email alerts when a scheduled task is failed

Hi all,

I'd like to send email alerts when a scheduled task is failed.

I have set up the mail server and the test mail is properly being sent.

I put in QEMC - System - Distribution Service - Alert email the recipient email address.

But when a scheduled task fails the recipient does not receive email

and I don't find anything about the email sending into the log.

What have I missed to set?
