error installing qlikview personal edition

Hi, when i tried to install Qlikview Personal edition, appered the following error:

"OS" is not appropiate to execute Qlikview x86..

any solution fir thi?

maybe the 64bit edition works?

thanks for your response, but the problem was OS. (most basic windows 😎
