You cannot create a stand-alone QlikView document executable. You can load documents via the command-line, though.

I have a license for QlikView 9i

if you look at the following example:

the user provides two examples: in QVW, and in EXE version

I have a set report QVW and I create the EXE.

QlikTech can create executable QlikViews. You cannot create executable QlikViews. The ability for users to create their own executables has been discussed now and then on the forums. It seems like a desirable feature, and it is obviously technically possible, but the licensing would have to be significantly different than it is today. In any case, you can't do it, and probably won't be able to do it any time soon, if ever. That's just not the way the product is set up.
