incorrect Avg roll up

I have a pivot country/ category by service years with avg hourly $rate .... total line not averaging correctly. what could be the problem any suggestions?

Instead 9.34 it should show 11.08 $. Isn't it?? Will you able to provide exxpression you used..

May be try with Avg(Aggr(Expression, Dimension/s))
