loading content for the accesspoint

Hi All, 

Our one of the user opens Qlikview accesspoint, and he is getting continuously ‘loading content’ for the accesspoint.

But accesspoint is working for other users without any issue.   

I am Using QV 11.1.0.11282.0 64 bit Edition.

Kindly provide your suggestion ?

Add the server to the intranet or trusted sites zones. Also make sure you're not going through a proxy to get to the server.
