pivot table with static dimensions

Dear all,

Please help me on creating a pivot table with static fields.

The table looks like the one below.  The dimensions A,B,C,D,E are calculated synthetically(We are using valuelist here)

Please help

Please provide more information, prefereably a sample, and much more information avout what you are trying to achieve.
