problem with sort by expression in pivot table

hello to all,

i am a beginer of qlik and i have a simple question (i think) that I have not found an answer in the community.

given this data

ag	cli	qty	imp
A	C001	1	120
A	C002	1	100
A	C003	1	130
A	C004	0	1,01
B	C001	3	500
C	C006	1	160

in a pivot table i want to sort by AG in alphabetical, and then CLI by descending sum(imp)

i cannot find the correct way to do this.

the problem is the CLI C001 is present ni AGE A and B ..... this situation make incorrect order by expression

as you can see in the attachment.

can you help me ?
