qlikview Server 9.0 reload

the qlikview server 9.0 document reload don't work!

in the log file i read:

"Trigger skipped (not the least load). Trigger=ManualStartTrigger, State=3;17/07/2009 15.08.33;Triggered"

Yesterday it worked well, today changed the server name, modified the configuration file and i have this probem..
