how can you restrict users to download dashboard via borrowing license. however same user can have access via accespoint.
In Access Point you can disable 'download' access on the dashboard.
If you want to avoid license leasing (which allows desktop users to lease a Named User Cal from the server) you can disable that too in access point.
Neither of these will impact a user's ability to consume a NAMED USER or other type of CAL to access an app through the dashboard.
