themes

hi

     to learn themes i just created a them using wizard and set the background. then designed a listbox. after saving that i applied to another app the theme i just created. but there is no change. what is mistake?

You need to tick

Set for default for new objects in this documents..

Also try Settings >> User Preference >> Design >> Default Theme

i changed default theme but no result

and i cant see this
