time question

how i can get time

for example ==> today time  minus(-)   7(hour)

2014--09-23  09hour/ 06minutes ==>  -(7)hour ===>  2014-09-23  02hour/ 06minutes.

please help me~

Try the following expression:

=Date(Now()-7/24,'MM/DD/YYYY hh:mm:ss')
