transfer values

Hi All

I would like transfer values from one location to another. Example is given below

I want to transfer B production factory sales to A, then Production factory A sales = 200, B would be zero

Production Factory	Total
A	100
B	100
Grand Total	200

what if  i need calculate  based on  sales factory  . where if sales factory = B ,Production factory B = 200
