trigger for a field selected when document is opened

Hi,

I was trying to set a document trigger to have field selected once the document is opened.

I have a field X and has values 1,2,3

I want to the document to have values 1 and 2 selected once opened..

I appreciate any help.

Document Properties>Triggers>Document Event Triggers>On Open> Add Action(s)

Once there: Add>Selection>Select in Field

You choose your field X and the search string...

You add another trigger for the second string..

You can use the same process to create a Bookmark trigger:

Document Properties>Triggers>Document Event Triggers>On Open> Add Action(s)

Once there: Add>Bookmark>Apply Bookmark

Obviously you have to save your bookmark first, and remember regardles of the tittle you give ur bookmark, you have to write the BookmarkID  (something like BM01)
