I have a server with version 10 and want to upgrade to SR2 - SR4, Can help me telling me that I should follow the process to update and likewise want to know if it could affect my reloads configuration to the active directory and my HTTPS configuration I have.
You have not stated if you are running IIS or QVWS, but I don't think SSL will be affected. You should do an uninstall of the version that is on there now and then install the SR5 (current release). I would make a back up of the QVPR directory that is under C:\ProgramData\QlikTech\ManagementService
