using qvp protocol from IE browser

Hi,

We can use the format qvp://<server>/report in file->open in server via qlikview desktop client.

But, the same does not work when we use IE browser.

Is there a solution for it?

Why do you want to do this?

This works for me qvp://localhost/application.qvw.

Please make sure you're using IE x86 and not IE x64.
