using variable in connection string - Qlik Sense

Is it possible to use variable in defining data connection in Qlik Sense, the way it is possible in Qlikview.

Something like this ?

Let Location = 'C:/Data Folder/';

LOAD

*

FROM [$(Location) & Product.QVD](qvd);
