What's new in Qlik Web Connectors June 2023
The following updates have been made to the Qlik Web Connectors Core and Web UI as well as the connectors listed.
Core Engine
- Updated jQuery 3.7.0.
- Updated Font Awesome to 6.4.0.
- Updated react-router-dom 6.11.2.
Qlik AmazonS3 Connector
- Prevent access key being reflected for failed authentication.
- Added bucket name validation.
Qlik AmazonS3 Connector V2
- Updated SDK to 3.7.104.19.
- Added bucket name validation.
Qlik Azure Storage Connector
- Updated to use API version 2022-11-02.
- Added 'tenant' as a parameter to the CanAuthenticate table.
Qlik Facebook Insights Connector
- POSSIBLE BREAKING CHANGE: Updated to Facebook API v17.0. page_impressions_organic and page_impressions_organic_unique is now page_impressions_organic_v2, page_impressions_organic_unique_v2.
- Fixed issue with duplicated rows.
Qlik FTP/SFTP Connector
- Added optional parameters for public key algorithm, public key, public key fingerprint for SFTP tables.
- Encoding set to UTF8 for SFTP to fix potential issue with SFTP v3 servers.
- Updated to RebEx R6.12.
Qlik GitHub Connector
Qlik Google Ad Manager Connector
- Upgraded from v202302 of the API to v202305. See Release Notes for changes.
- Known issue: it has been spotted that some dimensions are not mentioned in Google AdManager Production WSDL despite being mentioned in the Google AdManager API documentation. This is why the following dimensions are not available in the Qlik Google Ad Manager Connector:
- GLOBAL_VENDOR_LIST_NAME, GLOBAL_VENDOR_LIST_ID, VENDOR_NAME, VENDOR_ID, VENDOR_DOMAIN, BID_CATEGORIZED_REJECTION_REASON_NAME, BID_CATEGORIZED_REJECTION_REASON, BID_LINEAR_BUCKET_RANGE
- Upgraded from v202211 of the API to v202302. See Release Notes for changes.
Qlik Google Ads Connector
- Upgraded from v12 of the API to v13. See Documentation for changes.
Qlik Google Analytics 4 Connector
- First release.
- The new Qlik Google Analytics 4 connector extracts traffic and engagement metrics from your Google Analytics 4-enabled websites and apps. Google Analytics 4 is a more flexible measuring tool that Google Universal Analytics, and can collect event-based data from many different websites and apps.
Qlik Google Analytics Connector
- This connector is now deprecated as the API will stop processing Universal Analytics properties on July 1, 2023. 360 Universal Analytics properties will receive a one-time processing extension ending on July 1, 2024. Please use the new Google Analytics 4 Connector instead.
- Qlik Google Analytics connector will continue to be supported until Google retires their old analytics service later in 2023.
Qlik Jira Connector
- Now returns multiple values for custom fields.
Qlik Microsoft Dynamics CRM Connector V2
- Fix incorrect page number in API call log for FetchXML table.
- Add progress indicator for FetchXML table.
- Add Specified columns parameter to FetchXML table to workaround situation where API does not return all columns in first page of results.
- Added 'tenant' as a parameter to the CanAuthenticate table.
Qlik MailChimp Connector V2
- POSSIBLE BREAKING CHANGE: the 'List' table is using a deprecated API version, please use the new table 'Members'.
- Improved API key validation.
Qlik Mailbox IMAP Connector
Qlik Office 365 Sharepoint Connector
- Fix pagination when maxResults parameter is set.
- Added 'tenant' as a parameter to the CanAuthenticate table.
Qlik OneDrive Connector V2
- Added 'tenant' as a parameter to the CanAuthenticate table.
Qlik Outlook 365 Connector
- Added 'tenant' as a parameter to the CanAuthenticate table.
Qlik SMTP Connector
Qlik Twitter Connector
- Update revoke access link.
Qlik YouTube Analytics Connector
- Add automatic retry after 30s for 429 responses from API.
Deprecated Connectors
When upgrading connectors to the latest APIs, unfortunately the changes can be so extensive that we are unable to modify the existing connector. When this happens we will create a new version of the connector and put the existing one into a ‘Deprecated’ state. This means that at some point in the future it will no longer be available and after entering the deprecated status, it will no longer be updated. The date is normally determined by the underlying API which will often have its own expiry date, after which the connector using it will no longer work.
You can see connectors affected under the Deprecated tab in Qlik Web Connectors. The connectors noted as deprecated in this release are:
- Qlik Repustate Connector
- Qlik Google Analytics Connector
Known issues and limitations
IP v6 addresses are not supported when you enter an IP v6 address for the purpose of white listing.
Load Balancing is not supported.

Qlik Web Connectors requires .NET Framework 4.8.
