for the I ama trying to use confition like max date and max time interval to be selected but the problem is when I try to set the max time interval as a dymanic bookmark its not recognizing the time interval or Hour Interval.

any suggestions on this or is there any api that we can use or webhook url that will alerts us when the large app usage is about to reach thresold value to the outlook mail.

First, suggest that you enable the detailed consumption report app.

Distributing detailed consumption reports

Next do:

Enabling and managing data alerts

Finally:

Create and manage the alert to meet your specific alerting requirement.

If you are on Linkedin, you may also wish to watch the following feature release that discusses task monitoring/scheduling.

For your specific requirement that you initially described...please see: Setting conditions for alerts

Others here in this forum may also have a solution for you as well.

If none of the above meets with your specific requirement, please do not hesitate to write a detailed requirements feature request here:

Hi @Frank_S ,

We do not have that detailed consumption report as we don't use capacity consumption license.
