Cloud subscription not working

Cloud subscription not working please help in resolving this issue.

 

Two of our users reported:

 A few weeks ago it works well and stop to work for all subscription without any change from our side.
On my side, I recreate the first subscription here under (EU STK), removing the person that cause the warning you mention in your previous mail. And just try to resend it, as you can see, but I didn't receive any report!
