Facing issue with Qlikview Automated Task Failure Email Alerts

Hello Team,

We are facing issue with Qlikview Automated Task failure email alerts.

we updated necessary details in Qlikview QMC under below path.

1. System -> Distribution Services -> Alert E-mail

2. System -> Mail Server

While testing "test e-mail" after updated necessary details in mail server, got below error message. 

Error message:  

                               Error in processing. The server response was: 5.7.3 STARTTLS is required to send mail                                        [DB9PR06CA0004.eurprd06.prod.outlook.com]

Server team has been enabled TLS but still we are getting this error.

This is high priority issue and could you please help us to resolve this at the earliest?

It looked that your outlook-server refused the mail. AFAIK there exists multiple releases for TLS and maybe they need to be adjusted.

Are you using an Office 356 mail server?
