Failed to load resource: net::ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED - Qlik Alerting

Hi,

I have installed qlik alerting on the same qliksense server

I have followed the installation and configuration as per the instructions provided.

When I try to pull the extension to one of my qliksense app. I see the following error:

Could not retrieve user info. Check your extension settings or contact your administrator.

I went to chrome developer tools and found the following

Failed to load resource: net::ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED

localhost:4552/api/users/extension:1

In the configuration file, I have given the qliksense dns name as hostname

For Qlik Alerting host server name, I provided the dns name as well. In my case, which is same as qliksense hostname.

Please let me know the cause for this issue and how to resolve this.

I got this worked after I change the properties of the qlik alerting on the app from localhost to the qlikserver dns info. (see below screenshot)

My question would be, if every user has to change it manually for each app that needs to configure alerting?

It was working after adjusting the host setting but all of a sudden it errors as below. Please see the attached error message. Please let me know the reason for the issue.
