Login issue with QlikAlerting

Hi All,

After the configuration with SSO for Qlik Alerting. I was able to login QlikAlerting using SSO. But in the mid i lost access to Qliksense and got access again after that when i was try to login into Qlik Alerting, i was not able to

Page keeps on loading at QAW SSO Redirect

Getting below error in log

Start Validating Qlik Cookie for SSO login

User Session verified 

User has no access. Please contact your admin 

getting like this even if i have access to Qliksense

Are you the only user impacted?
How did you regain access to Qlik Sense?

In all likelihood depending on how you were given access to Qlik Sense again it generated you as a new user or cleared whatever value you were filtering on to grant access to Qlik Alerting.

If another admin has access to Qlik Alerting have them confirm your access and reauthorize you to access Qlik Alerting
