Need to get the count

In 1st sheet (BMSIPVIEW) i have have column "Current Area" which have different specialty and in 2nd sheet (WARD) i did mapping for the current area.

Now i need a count from 2nd sheet Column (ICU or GW) of ICU compiling with the 1st sheet that how many are Discharge.
