We're having an issue when we have more than 1 "System alert" set up. The scenario is below.
Alert 1 - Select tasks by rule; Operator = 'All'; Event type= Failed, Aborted, System aborted; Email = User A
Alert 2 - Select tasks manually; Choose a specific task ; Event type = Failed, Aborted, System aborted; Email = User B
When running the specific task - only an email will go to the recipient of Alert 2.
If I delete Alert 2, Alert 1 will function again.
Is there a way to get around this? Alert 1 by design goes to the Qlik Admin and is all alerts but I may want Alert 2 to go to specific developers who work on specific apps.
This happens on Oct 2021 as well as July 2023 which I just upgraded to.
For the time being add User A to Alert 2, and if you have not done so open a support ticket to report this behavior
