QlikCloud: Email to distribution email address when a load fails

I need an email sent to a distribution address when a load fails. 

Automation appears to be the way to do this (feel free to correct me about this.)

It looks like we must create a new email connection since the tenant email connection cannot be used.  When creating the email connection within the automation, it appears to use my personal email address.  We however are attempting to have this come from a generic support email address such as support@mycompay.com.

Can anyone provide some direction on how to set this up?

In summary we are looking to send an email that is sent by a generic email address to a distribution email address whenever a job fails.

Hi, 

You'll need to create the generic email address, create a new Email connector and connect to the SMTP server the the brand new generci email.

Una buena alternativa, es hacerlo a traves de Aplication Automation, sobretodo si estas utilizando tareas encadenadas. 

Existen templates en Qlik Application Automation que te pueden servir para indicar a quien o quienes les debe llegar el email
