I have created an app in which the recipients list is generated in the load script. After reloading the app, I can see the recipients showing up under the Recipients section of the Reporting tasks.
But when I switch to a different user with Analyzer role, this user cannot see the recipients as this list keeps loading. What could be going on here?

Hello @coengiesberts_anva,
It sounds like a role-based access issue. The Analyzer role might not have the necessary permissions to view the recipients list generated in the load script of your app.
To resolve this, try adding the appropriate permissions for the Analyzer role to access and load the recipients section. Ensuring that the user roles are properly configured and aligned with the required access levels should help fix the issue.

Hi Daniel,
Thanks for your suggestion. I've looked at the roles for this user, and added all possible roles. That didn't solve it. Next I have found in the documentation that the user "must have the Private Analytics Content Creator". The role "Private Analytics Content Creator" is grayed out for users with an Analyzer license.
I have also tried difference between shared and managed spaces. The user (without additional user roles) can see the recipients of the app in the shared space (!). However, in the managed space, the same behaviour still occurs.
Thanks, Coen
Maybe check the space assignment for the user.

Or this https://help.qlik.com/en-US/cloud-services/Subsystems/Hub/Content/Sense_Hub/Spaces/permissions-share... in the reporting section
If the behavior isn't explainable please contact Qlik Support.
Check if 'data services contributor' is enabled/greyed out as well.
If not then it could help by removing the user from the tenant, then re-adding them. Something may have gone wrong if you recently changed your subscription parameters or other unknown license management related action.
But first, you can try to do something simpler.
1. Login with a Private browser (Firefox, Edge) or incognito (chrome) browser
2. Login again
Does it work?
If yes, then you could simply be encountering a problem with your browser cache. If so then simply clear your entire browser cache and history including site data and site settings if applicable.
I have tested with a private firefox browser as an analyzer user (Fred Savage) and recipients are visible.
Kind regards...
