Saas Reporting - Report Task failed to send

Hi,

I did all the steps for qlik cloud reporting,

and I get an error message when running the report, how do I find the reason?

 when editing I get

1. The email was checked and correct, I also tried a different email and still the same error

2. the filter is the exact name, and i tried without a filter

3.  there is an email setup on the server that works properly and sends emails and subscriptions

what should I do?

@JonnyPoole That was indeed the issue, upon removing the show condition from the column, and updating the template, the task run succeeded.

It would be nice to add this to the section for other users for sure.

hello i am also facing the same issue failed to send :could not generate  but there is no any issue like i even tried with out using filters how can i trouble shot it

it is okay i fixed it the issue was the recipient file was corrupted and i uploaded a new one
