Scheduled Alerts not working

Hi, I created an alert that compares two fields. As it is spected to trigger usually I have scheduled it to trigger only one day of the week, but it doesn't work.

It does work when triggered manually.

Any ideas on what is happening?

Hi, yes I checked and it wasnt the problem. 

I maneged to fix it by also setting up the intervals to match the time of sending the alert, even when I am not using the interval option.

I think this may be a bug in alerting.

Hey can you explain me what actually you did? because I was facing this issue in sending reports I have scheduled weekly once but only the first time it send the reports after that it is not sending the reports

Hi Yash, what I did was first set up the alert in the interval mode with a wide range (see screenshot).

Then I just cliked in the Times option and filled it as i wanted the alert to trigger.
