For the past few days, I've been experiencing an issue with some of my tabular reportings:
The reports are no longer being sent via email to all users listed as recipients (including internal users with correctly configured permissions).
No changes have been made to the app or the data model.
One user reported receiving the email twice.
Here is the (hashed) error message:
Filter group has no access to app
Fehlercode: SHA-13301
Verfolgungs-ID: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Filter: Fertigungsbereich
E-Mail: xxxx.xxxx@xxx.de
The individual fields or values referenced in the error message's filter still exist in the data model and are functioning correctly.
Can anyone help me out? Thank you! 🙂
Out of interest does your app have section access? We’ve recently moved all reports from NPrinting to tabular reporting and have had a few weird outcomes, similar to what you’ve highlighted, eg an email going twice to a user (contains a mix of data related to them via section access + ALL data in the app)
I had the same issue. I checked your comment about whether the app had section access. I simply commented on it and submitted my tabular report, and there were no issues with the report submission.
I duplicated the app and moved it to a shared space for report submission only.
That resolved the issue with the SHA-13301 problem.
