Hi,
I've been trying to connect to my app on QlikSense through Scalability Tool with ConnectionType - NTLM and have been getting below error message.
"Connection failed Server reachable: Please verify NTLM user and app! (See Appendix A in the help)"
Attached is the screenshot of the error.
I'm quite new to this so may have missed some configuration, but can't figure out what.
Any help is much appreciated.

Yes, I have access to the app and able to connect to it manually. This is the port that we were suggested to use. What is the Standard port usually used?
Also, I've checked the Trouble shooting tips before but didn't help with my issue.
I'm not sure of the settings at the server end. Could that be a reason?

Is this from the same machine with the same user as where the tool is running? Is this also towards the custom port using https ( i.e. https://yourserver.com:XXX where XXX is your port number) ?
his is the port that we were suggested to use. What is the Standard port usually used?
standard port for https is 443. If the port field is left empty the tool will default to 443 if SSL flag is checked and 80 if it is not.
