Hello,
At a customer's they have a certificate directly on the browsers of their workstation to increase the security.
When they want to connect to Qlikview from the access point, they manage to connect through the certificate and everything is fine.
However, when they want to retrieve a license from their desktop, they can't open the access point and enter their information in the certificate.
This was possible before we upgraded from 11.2 to May 2022.
Do you have an idea of what could be the problem?
What is the difference between connecting to the access point from the desktop or directly from the browser?
What is the default browser for Qlikview desktop?
